SDP server?

I have kubuntu with KDe 3,5. I have removed some services. But i
didn't find SDP anything in that. Now when i login as user I get the
following message three times.

Failed to connect to the SDP server.
Please make sure that sdpd is running;
without it, other devices will not be able to find out
which services your computer offers.
------------------------
What does it signify? What is it? what should I do?
