Cannot Surf Internet, but I can Ping

Normally the Search Domain is an option (I don't have anything set on
my routers), but I could be wrong on that. As for slow surfing that
could be a couple of things. When you go to a new website does it
take a while to look up the address then quickly load? Or does it
find the address right away and then slowly load? If it is looking
for the address, then once again it's a DNS issue, but this time it
may be with your provider. You can try using different DNS servers
and see if any are faster (you don't have to use your ISP's default
servers). If it is just slow surfing then maybe do some bandwidth
tests and see what you come up with.
