Some help needed

Yes, but not if your wallet actually _has_ a password.  I don't know,
though, if it's actually possible to change the password to null - try it.

Any idea what's special about the ones that aren't synced?  Which direction
does it fail? PC -> palm, Palm -> PC, or both?
