Hi,

Looks like you're not using any of the mirrors. For instance, I live in 
Switzerland and use ch.ubuntu.com. Here is a line out of my sources file:

## Network repository (contains main, restricted, universe and multiverse).
deb http://ch.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu breezy main restricted universe 
multiverse

If I can digress a little... I have both a desktop which I use as a 
server and that has Debian on it, and a laptop with Breezy. 
Interestingly, I often have problems with Debian (it stalls), but never 
seen any with Ubuntu. Maybe it's because I update Ubuntu using the 
update tool and Synaptic, and Debian using aptitude...? Anyway, not for 
this forum :)
