Can't install breezy on Dell Dimension

I'm trying to put breezy on a 'Dell Dimension XPS T500' 500 mHz, 128 Ram 
(more later once it's working).

I can't seem to get it to go further than recognise the cd drive, then 
it just sits there doing nothing. I managed to get into bios and make 
sure it is booting from the cd first, but that didn't help.

Anyone familiar with Dell problems?
