k3b is a good one which is easy to use. You should probably install the 
k3b-mp3 package as well so you can use it to burn mp3's to audio cd's. 
The only problem is that tiu won't make DVD videos. To make these 
download and install tovid and tovid-gui. If you want it I can send you 
a debian package for it which I built (I don't think that they exist 
otherwise).
