[dapper] X broken, Permission denied

I think I found a little warning in xserver-xorg postinst, it says:
cat: /var(lib/x11/X.md5sum: No such file or directory
cat: /var(lib/x11/X.md5sum: No such file or directory
cat: /var(lib/x11/X.md5sum: No such file or directory
xserver-xorg postinst warning: not updating /etc/X11/X; file has benn
customized
I remember this warning first time I upgraded... It's important?
