Odd error from printer management.

Hello everyone.

Aformentioned error is produced as follows:
    1. System -> Administration -> Printing

Here I am shown the management interface, with `New Printer'.
    2. Double click New Printer.

`The Application "gnome-cups-add" has quit unexpectedly.'
    3. Click Restart Application.

Nothing happens.
    4. Double click New Printer.

`The Application "gnome-cups-manager" has quit unexpectedly.'
    5. Click Restart Application.

The manager restarts.
    6. Double click New Printer.

The manager silently dies.

Clicking `Inform Developers' takes me to the normal bug report
interface, but neither gnome-cups-add nor gnome-cups-manager is listed
under Products.

Any hints? I haven't done so much as plugged my printer in and I get
this. Plugging my printer in doesn't effect things. (USB Canon i550, I
can see it's detected in dmesg, and HardwareSupportComponentsPrinters
tells me that it's supported with the Canon S800 driver)

Thanks.
 - Yuki.
