It got bogged down in off-topic banter, despite an OT list, and
flames. A few people dominated the list. The etiquette wars over
signatures. Top vs. bottom posting. HTML vs. plain text. Windows vs
linux. KDE vs. Gnome. Mutt vs. pine vs. sylpheed vs. kmail vs.
evolution. City vs. country. Communism vs. capitalism. Pittsburgh vs.
Denver. Of course I participated some ;)

I guess it's the same everywhere. But this list was very nice and
without the incessant, pointless arguments for the longest time.
