How exactly did you install? The normal install process installs from CD
onto the hard disk and does not use a floppy disk.

Btw, there is also a German-language Ubuntu mailing list
https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-de . It might be easier
to express issues in your first language :)
