Hi,
For me all is ok:
$ ping -c 4 64.21.33.9
PING 64.21.33.9 (64.21.33.9) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 64.21.33.9: icmp_seq=1 ttl=51 time=248 ms
[...]
4 packets transmitted, 4 received, 0% packet loss, time 3003ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 224.958/235.620/248.604/8.506 ms
$
And now I can reach it in Firefox and with elinks too.
I can't say more.
