After looking at /etc/apt/sources.list I could see that they are in fact
there just commented out. That'd be becasue the installation didn't find
the network. Stupid default behaviour if you ask me - as soon as I go
online it should try and update, but with that default behaviour it just
insists that ot is up-to-date.
Anyway, fixed now, thanks for the help.
