I agree, clearly if you don't know the contents of a program, it is
spyware. I hearby declare, by that definition, that all closed source
software, and all open source software whose source I ahve not
personally read is spyware, because I do not know the contents.
How is it spyware because you can only install it 3 times (not true by
the way, I installed mine 12)? Time to take a trip to dictionary.com.
While it is true that it mines your computer for data, as there are
disclaimers etc., and you know exactly how that information is being
used and where it is going, I would hardly classify all this as spyware
liek activities.
