Add Orcaware Repository

Figured it out. I'm running a 64bit system, the repository is only for 
32 bit, I could get it in my 32bit chroot I have for wine & firefox w/ 
flash.

I guess now the question is where I can find good directions for 
building the package on my 64bit to submit to the repository.
