KDE wish list

Hello,
I want to send a wish about Konqueror, and I started the bug report 
template to do so, thus it sends a template to report bugs in Kde wishlist.

I don't have Kde, I use Konqueror. The answer from the bug report 
template is:
 >You have not selected your KDE version. Please select the version of 
 >KDE you are using. If you don't know your KDE version, you can find it 
 >out by starting the KDE Control Center. Alternatively, you can start 
 >the application that causes your bug and use the entry from the 
 >'Help->Report Bug...' menu entry. This will automatically fill in most 
 >information for you.
How to deal with that ? Would the Lounchpad be a better place ?
