Dapper Flight 3 appears te be airborne.

There doesn't seem to be an official announcement anywhere, but I've
just checked http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/dapper/flight-3/ and
there are now files to download.

Bittorrent is slow for me at the moment (386 install), suggesting that
there aren't many users on yet.  I'm up for it;  why not join me!
