Ubuntu users and admins should care if people are trying Ubuntu and
going back to windows. It means that as yet, Ubuntu is not yet properly
usable for everybody. Considering Ubuntu aims to be an easy to use free
desktop environment, if that is not the case, it is of concern. As I
have not had any major problems with Ubuntu, I believe that this is not
an issue, however, others might disagree and it is important to satisfy
not just a few users, but everybody. Particularly as it is likely that
those who are most satisfied are those with the most linux experience,
like me, and are comfortable with the terminal, etc. That is a bad thing
because linux aims to be easy to use for EVERYBODY. So hopefully not too
many people will be putting windows back on the hard disk because they
find Ubuntu to be nice and simple.
