Will Ubuntu use KDE instead of Gnome ?

Kubuntu and Ubuntu came from the same 'main' package archive.  It's a
question on what you can fit on a CD.  You can fit the base-system plus lots
of KDE packages on one CD and the base-system plus lots of GNOME packages on
a different CD.

If UbuntuExpress works (install from LiveCD), Ubuntu can be shipped on 1 CD
and then Kubuntu will probably be available on 1 CD from 'shipit' aswell.
