Some scripts exist, to use with Imagemagick. For Gimp I don't
know. Should see with Imagemagick specialists (convert commands and so), 
so, please see the coordonates (forum/chan/ml) on their website. For 
sure, when you'll have the answers,
I'd be happy to read the how-to, here :)
