Accessibility - Large Cursor in X

In the mouse settings under preferences, there is a tab to change the
cursor theme.  Are there any cursor themes besides the default?  I'm
looking for a large, high-contrast cursor to go along with the
gnome-accessibility-themes package (not installed by default).  At this
point, I can get a great high-contrast theme with large fonts, but the X
cursor is still tiny.  A search of synaptic didn't show any cursor
themes packages.
