The module's name is:
snd-sbawe.ko

$ sudo modprobe snd-sbawe
did the trick for me.  You can add the module to /etc/modules to load
it automatically when booting.

Hoary autodetected this card, Breezy does not.  I do not know why this
regression is necessary.
