Aha...that is likely the source of the problem.  Network boot uses DHCP
and then attempts to load a file from a TFTP server.  Go into your BIOS
setup and disable network boot.  Check your boot devices and other stuff
in the BIOS settings cause network boot can lurk in unexpected places.
