Sagem Fast 800 (Eagle III Chipset)

Hi.  After having installed Ubuntu I wanted to install my modem's driver.  I
saw that it was among the package list (2 packages, to be precise), but one
of the 2 (eagle-usb-utils) says to install also eagle-usb-modules-source,
which isn't in the  list!!!!  I obviously haven't got access to te
repositories!

Any suggestions?
