Its also possible you have used a different network adaptor with a
different MAC address.  

dhcpd works by reassigning the same IP to the same MAC address (when
configured to do this) and if you change router or card (wireless to
wired for instance you MAC add will be different.  



You can spoof this or the easiest fix is to attach a router CABLE/ADSL
that has its own DHCP server and use this to connect ...
