No it doesn't. Unless you did some strange things in the system (I 
didn't follow all the thread).
Some say give a man a fish... teach him to fish...
There is a page on the Official wiki with the list of Category 
Documentation. In this list, HowtoSudo and HowToRootSudo.

Please do go on the official website, then at the very bottom of the 
page, Site Map. Then, do follow the links, you're on the right way.

After, you can for example download the pages you need to have them at 
hand each time you need it.
