Though I can't answer your question but would be thankful if you could 
tell me what Wubi86 and SCIM are as I am about to get into  
"internationalization" (multi-language software functionality of a 
software application).  Are they some kind of Input Method 
Editors/Environments?  I have yet to study all this.  Your input will be 
of a lot of help.
