Ubuntu has had a kickstart compatibility mode since Ubuntu 5.04, you can
feed it Kickstart files just like with other leading brands of distribution.

Just follow to Red Hat documentation and/or:

  sudo apt-get install system-config-kickstart

then boot the installer with:

  linux ks=http://...
