Ubuntu on Mac Laptops

For those who have said "wait for Apple's intel", I should have
mentioned in the original message that I need a new laptop ASAP. I'm
aware that Apple is coming out with Intel-based stuff soon, but can't
really wait too long to make this purchase. I need the laptop for
work purposes. More comments inline below.

I figured that this was the case, and felt pretty lame asking the
question in the first place. Thanks for verifying.
