I followed the instructions here: 
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=85398&highlight=citrix+breezy

Then the only thing I had to do was:
sudo cp /usr/lib/ICAClient/desktop/wfcmgr.desktop /usr/share/applications/

This makes Citrix ICA Client appear in the internet menu of GNOME.

Works like a champ now.  Of course I copied over my ~/.ICAClient folder from 
my SuSE box so I didn't have to re-setup my connections.
