cups-pdf does not print (pauses virtual printer)

Hello everyone,

I am trying to convert a web page to PDF. Since Firefox does not offer a 
PDF export, I have installed cups-pdf and created a virtual printer 
using the postscript driver.

I can print to this virtual printer, but the print job always pauses the 
printer. The job is not processed, even if resumed. There is no output 
generated. What am I doing wrong?
