<mail> command missing?

God forbid that I should restart the flame war - but thanks for the 
explanation. Might I respectfully suggest that it was a well 
motivated mistake.

* There are now several packages that are broken for want of an MTA 
(debconf and cron spring to mind - others too) 
*`mail` is a decidedly useful unix command
* uncrippling Postfix was trivial, especially if you know enough to 
want to use it as a server. Non-geeks are unlikely to uncripple it 
accidentally.

I know you can't help all the people all the time, but it would be 
REALLY nice to have an MTA back for Dapper.
