The simple answer there is that you can't. Still, you won't be able to
sue that file without running Windows, so after booting into WinXP,
download 'explore2fs' from
http://uranus.it.swin.edu.au/~jn/linux/explore2fs.htm
and use that to copy the file from /home to your windows partition.
