DAVFS problem when authentication is required.

Hello! 
 
I try to mount a webdav server using the following command : 
mount.davfs http://myServer.fr/files/homedir/t/tb/tbellemb /mnt/webdav 
 
I am prompted for a login and password, but I always have the following 
response : 
Could not contact server: 
401 Non-Autoris 
 
My password is simple with no special caracters. 
 
I have watched the packets with Ethereal and there is no authorization 
header sent to the server !

I have no problem mounting public spaces (no authentication required).
 
Any idea?
