I thought [K]Ubuntu requires X for its install. Do you have to install 
the OS
with the on board graphics then install the card and add the driver?

Would you post notes on how to manage the installation with that
Mobo and video card?

I might not have thought of that until I had an expensive door stop next 
to my desk.
