nm-applet

Hi,

I installed the nm-applet (network-monitor) and since then I always get a 
wrong IP address, whether for the wired or for the wireless connection. I 
cannot find a reason why. I have to kill the applet and restart networking 2 
to 3 times to get the correct settings. Anyone having an idea?
