Xgl : can't disable wobble effect ?

As far as im aware, the tootips and menus "boinging" into existance is
nothing to do with the wobbly plugin. I think thats just part of the
compiz window manager. Have a look round gconf and you may be able to
stop them too, but then what DO you want the compiz wm for then if you
want to get rid of most of the features?

Senectus, if you want to flip the desktop then press Ctrl+Alt & Left
or right. Alternatively press Ctrl+Alt and hold the mouse button
whilst dragging to free-form rotate the cube.
pressing Ctrl & dragging windows will make them stick to the edges of
other windows and pop off with a satisfying wobble when you drag away
too far.
