I did install compiz-gnome.... but wait, I just found the problem, I
have window decorations now... :-)

It's all my fault... so stupid... I am ashamed... ohhhh, I am so
ashamed... I feel so ridiculous... pathetic.... but since I deserve a
good public beating, and need a good dose of humility, I will publicly
admit that... when I printed out the wiki instructions on paper, due to
enthusiasm and over excitement, I didn't realize that
"gnome-window-decorator" was a command of its own... and NOT one of the
many compiz command line arguments !!! I didn't notice it, and just
assumed it was a broken line/word wrapping which often breaks the
formatting when printing text files.

Please don't beat me ;-)

So I have window decorations/borders now, looks mcuh better and is more
convenient !! :-)

There are still a few little problems though, and I wonder if there is a
better place to discuss this (some Ubuntu forum ?) than ubuntu-user ?
Should I file bugs in Malone, or do the devs don't care at this point ?

the problems I notice at first, is that

1) resizing is slow

2) some types of windows (I don't know the exact Gnome terminilogy for
them) somehow can't be moved, so I have to use the "Alt" key as a
workaround.

3) Unlike what I saw in the Novell video, the window menu doesn't have
options to set transparency, I only have the usual move/resize/maximize
etc, options.
