Addendum: [Breezy]Adept Wizard Upgrade B0rked system

There is a discrepancy between the update wizard and the adept pkg mgr.  Both 
agree on the number to be upgraded but the pkg mgr says 0 will be removed. 
Also, those that will be kept back using 'apt-get' are not kept back using 
pkg mgr, either.  What gives?
