slideshows

Hi,

  Having just bought a new Canon EOS 350, I was  eager to show my pictures..


 Unfortiunately, I could  not find a working slideshow program:

 - the default viewer in Nautilus (gthumb ? eog ? which is it ?) crashes
after loading the first picture.
  -  The others (feh, xscreensaver qiv), gtksee  are seemingly unable to
rescale my pictures to my  screen

 All this on AMD 64 by the way.

 Any suggestions ?
