Ubuntu new commer

Hi all Ubuntu users,

 

I'm newbie of Ubuntu (and *NIX world also). I've just installed Ubuntu as
base system (entered "server" when the installation asked to choose type of
install). I want to built up one Ubuntu system from the most simple system
in order to clear about it. 

 

Please instruct me what should I do and which documents I could refer to get
understand about the Ubuntu. I have 3 months experience with Fedora Core 3
so I have a little knowledge about Nix commands.
