launcher icons

I think it's a bug. You can use icons from other locations, but you
can't set them from gui.

Find the launcher's file in ~/.gnome2/panel2.d/default/launchers and add
a line:
Icon=/path/to/your/icon

After restarting session, you should see your new icon.
