How to stop auto-load/play??

I a bit more puzzled, now, because dvdvideo, svcd, vcd all show 'none' in the
window which displays what opens same. That is what I'm trying to stop, as
well. Is that not related to dvd_mounted? I get the konq & also kaffeine
when I load a dvd and I *always* use xine so would rather have that. There
seems to be no way to change that in the associations. I thought it would be
as simple as unchecking a 'auto-load [CD][DVD]' somewhere.
