OK i tried...
I got 2 errors

vignesh at VIGNESH:~/mnt$ rsync --exclude = casper/filesystem.cloop -a
./extracted_cd
rsync: mkstemp "/home/vignesh/mnt/./.extracted_cd.SUEKAW" failed: Read-only
file system (30)
rsync error: some files could not be transferred (code 23) at main.c(791)

I didn`t worry about this and went on...

vignesh at VIGNESH:~/mnt$ extract_compressed_fs ./casper/filesystem.cloop >
extracted_fs
bash: extracted_fs: Read-only file system
vignesh at VIGNESH:~/mnt$

Please guide me further...
