Vignesh,

If you need to write programs, then you're probably looking for a 
library. Try looking into SDL, OpenGL, or any similar projects. Yahoo! 
search is your friend. If you simply want to be able to draw, The GIMP 
(included in main/install CD, I believe) is up to scratch and 
competetive with the likes of Adobe(R) PhotoShop.

In the future, please post a new topic to the list if you are asking a 
question unrelated to a particular thread.
