Ubuntu USED to use Bugzilla for bug tracking, but now, they switched to
Malone. All existing bugs filed in Ubuntu Bugzilla, were migrated over
to Malone, and the Bugzilla was de-activated (I think it may still
exist, but it's read-only). Actually the switch is very recent, happened
last month.
