I've got the same with 1400*1050. Since it's in /etc/rc, it's executed when
booting, and also when shutdown is in progress. I guess there might be a
better way for implementing this "hack", but I don't mind this behaviour. If
I find the time somehow, I will do an Upgrade (or rather new install) to
breezy, where the hp-hoary-changes were applied.
