There is a major problem with linux flash 9 that it doesn't connect to a
webcam very easily, compared to version 7.

In YouTube, you can record a video on-the-fly as long as you have a flash
plugin,
It helps us linux users to record videos, because currently, PiTiVi, DiVa,
Kino, etc,
isn't ready yet. I can't find any open source application that can record
both sound and videos by a webcam (yet).
