xvidcap like: video screenshots

Hi,
I would like to have a tool to capture video while recording from
microphone. To make some tutorial.

I saw xvidcap, but it is no longer in ubuntu.
what else is available?

I only want ubuntu packaged software, no way to make me do "./configure;
make; make install".

vnc2swf would be a good deal, but it produces flash video, not really
loved. I can always convert it using mencoder or something else, but if
there is some mpeg-outputting one...
