Well Fastmail does it, but you get next to nothing space wise unless you 
pay.  Top price is $40.00 per year for 2GB of space.

The other option is AOL/AIM.  They offer webmail that you can also 
access via IMAP. You get 2GB of space and you can even get your own 
domain name (for free - but you can't use the domain anywhere else - 
like on a website - yet).
