Question concerning the sources.list

*Hello everyone,

I seem to be having a problem with the sources.list, now maybe the site 
is down, but I am not sure...At anyrate what happens when I do an 
apt-get update, it gets too this point then STOP'S...

Connecting to us.archive.ubuntu.com (146.137.96.15)]

Is anyone else having this problem, or is it me...???
